Understanding Each Step With Care

We know how important it is to feel supported and informed during this time. Here’s a clear outline of what to expect when you choose us to honor your loved one.

Step 1: Planning & Bringing Your Loved One Into Our Care

Once arrangements are confirmed, we promptly take your loved one into our care with compassion and respect.
Timeline: 1–3 days

Step 2: Official Registration

We handle the legal paperwork by registering the passing with the county and state, allowing us to proceed with cremation, burial, or Terramation as requested.
Timeline: 4–7 days

Step 3: Cremation, Burial, or Terramation

We perform the cremation with dignity at our private facility, or we assist in coordinating a burial at your chosen cemetery. If you prefer Terramation, we partner with trusted providers to make that possible.
Timeline: 8–10 days

Step 4: Returning Your Loved One’s Remains

You can receive your loved one’s cremated remains in person at our Los Angeles or Orange County offices. If you prefer, we can also deliver them to you personally or send them via USPS Priority Mail Express.
Timeline: 11–15 days

Step 5: Death Certificates

We request certified death certificates from the county where your loved one passed. Once processed by the Health Department, we mail them directly to your address. Timeline: approximately 2–3 weeks
